Recognized as the third largest Holocaust Museum in the world, Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center is an award-winning attraction offering memorable experiences that are not to be missed. travel through history as you explore life before, during, and after the Holocaust. Step into an authentic German rail car, visit impressive galleries and contemplative spaces, both indoors and out. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the Karkomi Holocaust Exhibition on your own, where survivor narratives, personal belongings, photographs, and videos weave together into a moving and responsive experience. You’ll be able to encounter an interactive Survivor Speaker, where the museum features a groundbreaking interactive voice recognition technology enabling visitors to engage in conversation with a three-dimensional, strikingly like-like image of an actual Holocaust Survivor. Fee includes admission to Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center, self-guided tour admission and survivor speaker experience, transportation and a boxed lunch including a variety of mini deli sandwiches (turkey, corned beef and egg salad), pickle, fruit cup, bottles water and chocolate chip cookie. Registration deadline is Thursday, April 4.
