Rugby is one of the fastest growing youth sports in America. Sevens is a version of rugby that was recently brought back to the Summer Olympics. This Flag Rugby Sevens League will include practice sessions on Tuesdays and games played on Thursdays. No experience is required. Kids will learn the fundamentals of rugby and have a lot of fun along the way. The program will be run by USA Rugby certified coaches from the South Suburban Rugby Club. Parents are encouraged to volunteer and coach the players within the team (no prior knowledge to Rugby is needed as training will be provided).

Preseason Flag Football Class
Walker Country Estates Park
The Preseason Flag Football Class will give your child the opportunity to improve his/her skills before moving to the Recreational Flag Football League. Each week a basic skill will be taught to prepare your child to play a full 5-on-5 Flag Football game. Older age groups will learn advanced skills to bring them to the next level for their upcoming season.
Lions Den Sand Volleyball Court
This volleyball class is open to boys, girls, beginners and experts. Instruction will cover the fundamentals of volleyball and build on your current skills. Class will consist of a variety of drills and games that will focus on passing, setting, serving, spiking, team play and rules of the game.
Whether you are brand new to archery or an experienced shooter, come out and enjoy four sessions of archery fun. You will learn safety, proper technique, form and shooting etiquette. There will be a lot of shooting in these sessions with shooting games and competitions mixed in. Staff at BowDoc Archery are USA Archery certified coaches. All levels of shooters are welcome from total beginners to experienced archers. BowDoc Archery will supply all the equipment necessary for class.
