2026-2027 School Year
Registration for the 2026-2027 school year begins June 15.
Online registration will open at midnight. In-person registration will be 8:30am-4:30pm at our Administration Building, 701 W. Haven Avenue.
There is limited availability in the Trailblazers program.
- A one-time nonrefundable registration fee of $37, Registration/Commitment Form, Childcare Financial Agreement and Credit Card Authorization Form is required at the time of registration. If waitlisted, families will be contacted by August 7, if we are able to accommodate.
- The Automatic Payment Plan is required for this program – No Exceptions. Participants will be billed weekly on Wednesdays. You will be subjected to a $50 service charge if your card is declined.
- You will not be allowed to change your committed days once you register.
A minimum of 3 days a week is required

Prepare for Online Registration
- To setup your online registration account, contact our office at (815) 485-3584 or email [email protected] at least one week prior to registration and complete your account.
- You can also refer to Registration Information to gather the information you will need to prove residency and create your account.
If you have an online account already created:
- Check that your account is set to resident status. If not, contact our office (815) 485-3584 for further details.
- Ensure your child’s grade is listed (0.5), as your child must be attending Spencer Trail Kindergarten to attend the program.
