Take a trip with the New Lenox Community Park District! We have a variety of travel destinations to choose from, so sit back, relax and let us take care of the driving. Call your family, friends and neighbors and join the fun! Please note that there is no additional fee for nonresidents charged for our bus trips. Beautiful Maine

Experience the beautiful coastal region on your bus trip to Maine. This tour takes you from the state’s largest city-by-the-sea, Portland, to America’s most photographed lighthouse. Visit the Seashore Trolley Museum and take a ride through the Maine countryside on a streetcar. Tour the elegant historic Victoria Mansion and enjoy free time at the historic Portland waterfront. Visit the Boothbay Railway Village, including a vintage train ride. A highlight of your Maine bus trip is a guided tour of the Maine coastal villages of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport and a drive along the Atlantic Ocean. A tour of Maine and its beautiful seashore is an unforgettable trip! Elvis My Way at the Arts Centre

The electrifying Brandon Bennett (Chicago: Million Dollar Quartet) does the impossible, delivering a spine-tingling Elvis tribute that is fresh, powerful and right on time. With his pure-bred southern charm, powerful voice and scandalous moves Bennett was named the “Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist” by Elvis Presley Enterprises at Graceland. His must see show traverses Elvis’ career from the Rock n’ Roll nativity of the 50s, to the iconic comeback television concert of the 60s and the legendary lounge acts of the 70s. All-time great hits include “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” “Suspicious Minds” and many more. Before the show we will enjoy lunch at Peggy Kinnane’s Irish Pub. Get Your Kicks on Route 66!

Get your kicks on the ultimate Route 66 experience led by the award-winning Route 66 author, John Weiss! We will travel the historic Route 66 from the town of Dwight all the way to Atlanta, IL. Our first stop will include a big breakfast at the Route 66 family restaurant on the historic road. This family-owned restaurant has a Route 66 atmosphere and hospitality feel. Then, we will begin our adventure as we journey along Route 66 visiting sites such as an old police station, Dead Man’s curve, the Sprague Super Service, Route 66 Visitors Center, Bunyon giant, a visit to the Beer Nuts Factory and Outlet Store and more! We will try and see how sirup is made at the historic Funk Sirup Farm. Yes, it is spelled Sirup! We will end our day with dinner at the historic Palm Café in Atlanta. Don’t forget your camera! This shopping trip to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago will provide over 130 stores where you can start and finish your holiday shopping! This outlet mall features two levels of shopping outlets featuring all levels of price from the practical to the outrageous. Lunch will be on your own at one of the full-service restaurants or eat along the way at
one of the many snacks and food shops. Also, those joining this trip will receive a special card that provides additional outlet discounts at select stores. Space is limited, so please register early. Registration deadline is Monday, October 26.

Branson Holiday Show Extravaganza
