Beautiful: The Carole King Musical at Paramount Theatre

Nominated for 7 Tony Awards, with 2 wins and a Grammy Award winner for Best Musical Theater Album! Before she was the Carole King we know today, she was a young songwriter from Brooklyn trying to make a name for herself. Beautiful – The Carole King Musical tells the inspiring true story of King’s remarkable rise to stardom as part of the hit songwriting team with her husband Gerry Goffin and going on to become one of the most successful singer, songwriter, and musicians in popular music history. Her credits include songs such as “You’ve Got a Friend,” “[You Make me Feel Like] A Natural Woman,” “It’s Too Late,” “I Feel the Earth Move,” “Will You Love Me Tomorrow,” “So Far Away,” and many more. Along the way, she made more than beautiful music, she wrote “The Soundtrack to a Generation.” Before the show, we will enjoy a delicious catered lunch in the Theatre Ballroom. Fee includes transportation, ticket, and lunch.

Guys & Dolls at Drury Lane

Guys and Dolls takes you into the golden age of Broadway with wit, charm, and plenty of heart with vibrant characters and unforgettable songs like “Luck Be a Lady” and “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ the Boat.”Before the show, we will enjoy a delicious lunch. Meal choices are Grilled Chicken Breast with herb sauce, wedge potatoes and green beans or Bistro Steak Au Poivre with a peppercorn sauce, potato puree and green beans. Mascot Hall of Fame & Hard Rock Casino

Celebrating the unsung heroes of sports and communities, the Mascot Hall of Fame is an interactive museum for sports mascots in North America. You will learn all about the team mascots, what it takes to be a mascot, and how mascots are made. You can even become a mascot yourself! There are several interactive exhibits as well as the Freshman Orientation Theater where you will hear the story of how the Hall of Fame came to be. After our visit, we will board the bus and head over to the Hard Rock Casino in Gary, Indiana. You’ll have 2-hours for lunch at one of the several restaurants and try your luck at one of the 1700 slot machines or 80 table games in this state-of-the-art casino. Fee includes transportation and museum admission.

Take in the world-famous skyline, while we learn the history of Chicago and its world-famous architecture. Before you set sail, you will have free time to shop, dine, and explore Navy Pier.
