Studies show that exercise helps you feel better, sleep better and have more energy. Gain self-confidence by getting healthy with the New Lenox Community Park District and register for one of our many fitness programs! Participants under the age of 16 are required to be registered along with a parent. Please bring a water bottle to class!

Pilates Cross Training

This class is for anyone interested in getting a good workout without the worry of knowing all the moves. The instructor will make sure your form is correct and you can go at your own pace. Come and get a great workout that will make you feel great the rest of the day! Registration is currently being taken.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is used to create balance in the body and the mind. This is accomplished by looking to the eight limbs of yoga including asana (physical movement) and pranayama (breathing exercises). During the course we will discover how the linking of physical movement and breath work can begin to slow the mind and release stress. This class is great for people who are looking to decompress from their day or need low impact exercises that will still build strength. All levels of experience and flexibility are welcome! For your comfort, please come to class on an empty stomach (eat two hours before class) and wear loose fitting clothing. Please bring your own yoga mat and strap to class.

Fit Body Bootcamp

This challenge is designed to help create a healthier lifestyle through eating habits and increasing activity. Led by a personal trainer and nutrition coach, this class will provide you with a success manual, meal plan, grocery list recipes and actionable tips to help you lose weight. Bring a mat and water bottle to class.

Perfect for everybody and every body, this easy to follow calorie-burning dance fitness party will move you! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.
