Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is used to create balance in the body and the mind. This is accomplished by looking to the eight limbs of yoga including asana (physical movement) and pranayama (breathing exercises). During the course we will discover how the linking of physical movement and breath work can begin to slow the mind and release stress. This class is great for people who are looking to decompress from their day or need low impact exercises that will still build strength. All levels of experience and flexibility are welcome! For your comfort, please come to class on an empty stomach (eat two hours before class) and wear loose fitting clothing. Bring your own yoga mat and strap to class.

WERQ Fitness

WERQ is a fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock and hip-hop music. The warm-up previews the dance steps in class and the cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses. Bring a towel to class.

Become the music in this full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements. While using Ripstix®, which are lightly weighted drumsticks created for the purpose of exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into a super effective way of working out to music! POUND® is designed for all fitness levels and provides the perfect atmosphere for rocking out while toning up and having fun. This workout can be easily modified and the “alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
