Studies show that exercise helps you feel better, sleep better and have more energy. Participants under the age of 16 are required to be registered along with a parent.

Become the music in this full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements. While using Ripstix®, which are lightly weighted drumsticks created for the purpose of exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into a super effective way of working out to music! POUND® is designed for all fitness levels and provides the perfect atmosphere for rocking out while toning up and having fun. This workout can be easily modified and the “alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
