Ignite Cheerleading 
Ages 4-14

The Ignite Cheerleading program is designed to provide a fantastic introduction to the world of cheerleading for your athlete. Join us and watch your athlete develop level-appropriate skills in cheers, dance, jumps, motions, and beginner stunts. Our 55-minute classes held once a week are taught by experienced coaches with personalized instruction. Each session ends with a showcase so athletes can show off their progress. Participation in our optional Ignite In-House Competition is encouraged but not required. If your athlete chooses to compete, there is a $70 competition fee, a $175 uniform fee, and athletes can use the same uniform until they outgrow it, typically lasting up to two years. Before the first class, families will receive an email from Ignite with details on how to create a required account within Ignite. This is an interactive class between parent and child, where the child will develop physically and socially. During the class, parents will assist the child as they work through a circuit of gymnastic skills on equipment designed for their tiny bodies. Warm-up activities, balance, climbing, swinging and jumping are a few of the activities your little one will enjoy. The recommended program attire includes a leotard or T-shirt and shorts along with any long hair tied back. No gym shoes, jeans, jewelry, tights, or baggy clothing. FlipStar Preschool Gym
Ages 3½-5
FlipStar Gymnastics Academy, 1906 Ferro Drive, New Lenox, IL 60451
The structure of this class will expose young gymnasts to basic gymnastics skills while building confidence, independence and learning skills. For most young gymnasts, this is their first experience without supervision. The one-hour class will follow a circuit format while learning skills such as rolls, cartwheels, strength and flexibility. Coaches are patient and correct with positive reinforcement. The recommended program attire includes a leotard or T-shirt and shorts along with any long hair tied back. No gym shoes, jeans, jewelry, tights, or baggy clothing. Registration deadline is Monday, August 31 and Monday, November 2 at 9 am.

Kinder Gym
Ages 5-6

This class will introduce young gymnasts to basic gymnastics skills while building confidence, and independence while learning skills in a faster paced environment than the preschool gymnastics class. This one-hour class will follow circuit format while learning rolls, cartwheels, backbends, pullovers, round offs, introductory balance beam skills, strength skills and flexibility. Our coaches are patient, and correct with positive reinforcement. The recommended program attire includes a leotard or T-shirt and shorts along with any long hair tied back. No gym shoes, jeans, jewelry, tights, or baggy clothing. Registration deadline is Friday, August 28 and Friday, October 30 at 9 am.
