This low-impact group training class is ideal for anyone easing back into exercise or recovering from prior injuries. all sessions will be held at Body Mechanix Fitness. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring plenty of water. Participants receive a Body Mechanix Goal Tracker and a pre/post movement screen.
