Need a night off? Let Bucky Beaver’s Babysitting Club take it from here! Drop off your kids with our qualified, energetic staff and enjoy a few well-deserved hours to yourselves. While you’re out, the kids will be busy having a blast with pizza for dinner, games, music, movies, and plenty of fun surprises along the way.
It’s a win-win: you get a break, and they get a night packed with laughter and entertainment. Sounds like a pretty great deal, doesn’t it?

Bring your family, friends, and favorite camp chair as we enjoy a perfect night under the stars. The evening will include light appetizers, refreshments, and best of all, horses! All participants will have the opportunity to groom a horse and enjoy a group riding lesson. So, grab a friend or two and make memories at Nova Quarter Horses. Beginners welcome! Jeans and hard sole shoes are required. Adults only.

Help Us Fight Hunger, all net proceeds will benefit the New Lenox Township Food Pantry. Our annual event will be held during the Village of New Lenox’s event “October Fest.” Come pick your favorite hand-painted bowl and receive unlimited soup tastings (while supplies last) from local restaurants.

Big Bad Pumpkin Party

Join us for a day filled with thrills & chills at the Big Bad Pumpkin Party! It’s an event for everyone in the community to enjoy. We’re brewing up a cauldron of fun with children’s activities galore. Get ready to showcase your spookiest attire in our costume contest. Open to three age groups: 1-4 years, 5-8 years, and 9-12 years. But beware, the last hayrack ride departs promptly at 11:15 am. No exceptions!

Sweetheart Dance

Get ready for a wacky, wonderful evening as our Sweetheart Dance goes Seuss-style with a Cat in the Hat theme! Step into a world where imagination runs wild and fun is never far behind. Dress in your favorite red-and-white stripes, tall hats, or anything delightfully silly, and prepare for a night full of laughter and surprises. Whether you’re balancing like Thing One and Thing Two or striking a pose with the Cat himself, this night is all about making magical memories together. The evening will have music, a light dinner and lots of fun!
Don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind adventure…it’s going to be out of this world. And when the night is done and it’s time to go, just think of the memories- oh, the places you’ll go! Don’t be late for this very important date… you must add an adult registration to your cart before adding the child’s activity number. Registration deadline is Friday, October 23.

Gobbler Gauntlet 5K

Sanctuary Golf Course
Dash your way to the finish line. The terrain of the race/walk is mostly flat with a few rolling hills. The route will have a water station and an electronically timed finish line. All participants will receive one complimentary drink in the clubhouse upon finishing the race. Medals will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place finishers in each age category such as top male and female finishers as well as male and female winners from New Lenox. If registered by Saturday, October 31, participants are guaranteed a race shirt. All net proceeds will benefit the NLCPD Scholarship Program. Race Day Walk-up registration begins at 7:00am.

Think your family has what it takes to be puzzle champions? Join us for an exciting evening of teamwork and fun as families race against the clock (and each other!) to complete a 500-piece puzzle in just two hours! Teams of up to 4 participants are allowed to compete for a winning prize. Dinner and snacks will be provided. A cash bar is available for the grown-ups! Puzzle time clock starts at 6:00pm. Registration deadline is Monday, November 23.

“Winter Wonderland”

Step into the magic of the season at Winter Wonderland! Gather the whole family for an enchanting event filled with holiday cheer. Capture a special moment with Santa, munch on some pizza, sip on cozy hot cocoa, and enjoy a festive mix of games, crafts, and dance to your favorite holiday tunes.
Children can write their letters to Santa on site—or bring one from home—and drop it into our official North Pole mailbox for Santa to take back with him. It’s a joyful celebration full of sparkle, laughter, and memories waiting to be made! Don’t forget to bring your cameras! Parents must stay with their kids through the duration of the program. Register by December 9.

Bring along two dozen of your favorite homemade cookies (plus the recipe that makes them unforgettable) and a container to carry home a delicious assortment of treats baked by fellow cookie lovers. From classic crowd-pleasers to creative confections, you’ll leave with two dozen different cookies to share—or savor yourself.
As a special keepsake, all submitted recipes will be compiled into a festive recipe book and shared with participants, so the magic can continue long after the last crumb is gone. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just in it for the sugar and cheer, this is your invitation to celebrate the season one cookie at a time!
