If your week consists of sitting in front of a computer at a desk or keeping up with energetic children (or both!), then you need to make time for Yoga in the Park. These classes are great for people who are looking to decompress from their week. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel and a water bottle to class. Register for a selected day or both!
