With School District 122 canceling in-person learning due to inclement weather, All NLCPD programs will be Canceled.
Exception: ACES & Trailblazers will offer Full-Day Care.
Location: Lions Community Center, 1 Manor Dr., (Entry C),
Times: 6:30am until 6:30pm.
It is imperative that we keep our Park District staff safe, if the Park District deems it not safe to travel then ACES/Trailblazers will be cancelled at the Lions Community Center. If we cancel, an email will be sent to ACES/Trailblazers families by 6:00am and we will post the information on Facebook and our Website.
If you are already registered for AM or PM ACES, you will not be charged again for those times. We will only charge you for the times you didn’t register for. For example, if you registered for only AM ACES but end up attending the program until 6:30pm, you will have an upcharge of $72 because you only paid for AM ACES in advance.

E-learning Details
Each participant will need to bring all equipment that they will be using for e-learning. Park District staff is there to assist your child, but participants must be able to navigate their iPad and sit through e-learning. Our staff will be assisting other participants throughout the day.
Participants iPad log in information
- All equipment must be labeled with your child’s name such as, iPad, chargers, etc.
- iPad must be fully charged
- Participants must bring their own lunch. The lunch bag must be labeled and disposable.
