Mission Statement
“A non-for-profit foundation organized to foster, encourage, and promote the mission statement of the New Lenox Community Park District by providing financial contribution assistance and/or a volunteer community base of individuals for the support of its functions and programs, and dedication to the overall well being to the residents they serve.”
Periodic fundraisers and event participation are key drivers in effectively promoting our dedication to the New Lenox Community Park District.
- Fundraising initiatives contribute a set percentage of proceeds to both the New Lenox Community Park District and the New Lenox Friends of the Parks. Since our establishment, the New Lenox Friends of the Parks has donated over $30,000 to support the New Lenox Community Park District.
- Our group meets only once a month, but the impactful work we undertake creates lasting memories for children. Our members are dedicated to assisting the New Lenox Community Park District in enhancing our community’s quality of life.
