Can I volunteer for the Park District?

When are Program Catalogs mailed out?
The Fall 2008 catalog were mailed out the week of July 28th, 2008.
Can I have a Catalog mailed to my home?
Copies of the Fall 2008 Program Catalog are available at the Lions Community Center beginning August 11th, 2008 or you can view the catalog online.
When does registration for Fall 2008 begin?
The lottery registration for programs presented in our Fall 2008 catalog began on Saturday, August 16, 2008. For details regarding the lottery procedure, please review page 6 of the Fall 2008 catalog.
Where can I get a Registration Form?
The Registration form is located on page 49 of the Fall 2008 Catalog or click on the forms link at the bottom of each web-site page.
How do I find out if there is an opening in a class?
You may call the Recreation Department at 815.485.1737 or the Main Office at 815.485.3584 during regular business hours.
If I don’t live within the boundaries of the New Lenox Community Park District, can I still sign-up for classes?
Yes; although for some of our programs there is an out-of-district fee. For out-of-district fees please call the Main Office at 815.485.3584 during regular business hours or the Recreation Department at 815.485.1737. Do you have rooms and/or parks available for rent?

Do you sell Entertainment Books?
The New Lenox Park District currently sells Entertainment Books for $25. Stop by the main office and pick one up!
When does Kiddie Kampus registration begin for the 2008/2009 school year?
Kiddie Kampus registration for the 2008/2009 school year began on March 29, 2008.
What is required for Kiddie Kampus registration?
There is a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee along with Session I fees. A copy of your child’s birth certificate MUST be provided at registration. A voter’s card or tax bill is REQUIRED at registration for verification of residency. A child must be three or four on or before September 1, 2008. A child must be able to handle bathroom hygiene independently (potty trained, no diapers). It is very helpful if the child is able to zip/button independently.
Where do I register for classes?
You can register four different ways:
1. Mail your COMPLETED registration form to: NLCPD One West Manor Dr. New Lenox, IL 60451. Please make sure your check is made payable to NLCPD or New Lenox Community Park District or the credit card information is completely filled out including signature.
2. Fax your COMPLETED registration form to 815.485.3589.
3. Drop off your COMPLETED registration form in the drop box located in the “C” foyer at the Lions Community Center or the mailbox outside door “C.”
4. In person at the Main Office located in the Lions Community Center, One
West Manor Dr. Main Office hours are:
