What are your hours?

The Main Office Registration hours are:

Mon-Wed-Thur-Fri 9:00am to 4:30pm
Tuesday9:00am to 5:00pm
SaturdayClosed

The Recreation Department Office hours are:

 Mon–Fri  9:00am–4:00pm.

Can I Volunteer or do my Community Service Hours for the Park District?

Yes, for information, please access the Volunteers navigation link on this website for details as well as the necessary forms to be completed. You may also contact the Recreation Department at (815)-485-1737 for current volunteer opportunities.

When are Program Catalogs mailed out?

The Fall 2010 Program Catalogs were mailed out on July 29, 2010

Can I have a Catalog mailed to my home?

Copies of the Fall 2010 Program Catalog are available at the Lions Community Center beginning August 9, 2010 or you can view the catalog on-line (beginning in August)

When does registration for Fall 2010 begin?

The lottery registration for programs presented in our Fall 2010 catalog begins Saturday, August 14, 2010.  For details regarding the lottery procedure, please review page 7 of the Fall 2010 catalog.

Where can I get a Registration Form?

The Registration form is located on PAGE 52 of the Fall 2010 Catalog or click on the forms link at the bottom of each web-site page. 

How do I find out if there is an opening in a class?

You may call the Recreation Department at 815.485.1737 or the Main Office at 815.485.3584 during regular business hours. 

If I don’t live within the boundaries of the New Lenox Community Park District, can I still sign-up for classes?

Yes; although for some of our programs there is an out-of-district fee. Where applicable, non-resident fees are indicated by “NR” in the program catalog. For further details regarding non-resident registration policies, please review Page 7 of the Fall 2010 catalog.

Do you have rooms and/or parks available for rent?

Yes, we have several options to fit your needs.  Please call 815.485.3584 during regular business hours for further information.  You may also check the Banquets & Park Pavilion Rentals page.

When does Kiddie Kampus registration begin for the 2010/2011 school year?

Kiddie Kampus registration for the 2010/2011 school year began on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Lions Community Center.

What is required for Kiddie Kampus registration?

There is a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee along with Session I fees.  A copy of your child’s birth certificate MUST be provided at registration.  A voter’s card or tax bill is REQUIRED at registration for verification of residency.  A child must be three or four on or before September 1, 2010.  A child must be able to handle bathroom hygiene independently (potty trained, no diapers).  It is very helpful if the child is able to zip/button independently.

Where do I register for classes?

First-Time Registration

When registering for the first time, residents will need to provide proof of residency by showing proper documentation. Please visit our website www.newlenoxparks.org's Online Registration Banner or call 815.485.3584 for details.

Age Requirements

All age requirements are as of September 1, 2010 unless otherwise noted. No exceptions will be given.

On-line Registration

Register online at www.newlenoxparks.org beginning Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 8:00am for residents. In order to use online registration, customers must be provided with a User Name and Password prior to using online registration. Please visit our website at www.newlenoxparks.org or visit our main office during regular business hours for details regarding information and document requirements.

Mail-In Registration

Send your completed and signed registration form to New Lenox Community Park District, 1 Manor Drive, New Lenox, IL 60451. Mail-in registration accepted as soon as you receive your catalog.

Drop-Off Registration

Place the completed and signed registration form, and the Family Master Form (if this is a first-time registration with our park district), along with your check or credit card information in a sealed envelope and place in the Drop Box located outside Entry C at 1 Manor Drive, New Lenox, Illinois. Drop-off registration accepted as soon as you receive your catalog.

Fax-In Registration

Fax your completed and signed registration form along with your Family Master Form, if needed, and your credit card information to 815.485.3589.

Walk-In Registration

Begins Monday, August 16, 2010. If you did not register online, mail-in, drop-off or fax in your registration, this is your opportunity to register in person. Non-residents may walk-in to register beginning Monday, August 23, 2010.
