Flag Football Registration

Grades K-8 (2016-17 School Year)  •  Walker Country Estates Park

The excitement of playing America’s favorite sport is melded with valuable football lessons such as fair play and teamwork. Weeknight practices will focus on basic skills and game development. The Flag Football League consists of five-on-five games with players wearing flag belts that must be snatched by the opponent to record a “tackle.”
This program cannot run without the help of volunteer coaches! There will be a mandatory coaches’ meeting before the season begins. All coaches will be emailed the exact day and time. All coaches will be submitted for a state-mandated background check. Player evaluations are mandatory, more information on the evaluations will be emailed to all families enrolled.

Games begin Sat., Aug. 13 and end Sat., Oct. 15.
Registration Days:
•    Tues., April 19, 9:30am-8:00pm- All Purpose Room, Administration Building, 701 W. Haven Ave.
•    Sat., May 14, 10:00am-12:30pm-All Purpose Room, Administration Building, 701 W. Haven Ave.

After May 14, if space is available, registration can be taken during the Park District’s normal business hours, but will incur a
Non-Refundable $25 late fee per participant. Starting June 6 registration will incur a Non-Refundable $50 late fee per participant.
