Participants under the age of 16 are required to be registered along with a parent. Please bring a water bottle to class!
Hatha Yoga is used to create balance in the body and the mind. This is accomplished by looking to the eight limbs of yoga including asana (physical movement) and pranayama (breathing exercises). During the course we will discover how the linking of physical movement and breath work can begin to slow the mind and release stress. This class is great for people who are looking to decompress from their day, need low impact exercises that will still build strength. All levels of experience and flexibility are welcome! For your comfort, please come to class on an empty stomach (eat two hours before class) and wear loose fitting clothing. Please bring your own yoga mat, strap and a water bottle to class.

This Pilates class is for anyone interested in getting a good workout without the worry of knowing all the moves. The instructor will make sure your form is correct, and you can go at your own pace. Come and get a great workout that will make you feel great the rest of the day! Registration is currently being taken.

Perfect for everybody and every body, this easy to follow calorie-burning dance fitness party will move you! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.
